Oregoners...

We just crossed a 5 mile long bridge with no shoulder over the border and into Astoria, Oregon. It's exciting to be in a largish small town again!

Our internet access has been pretty patchy, and I'm having trouble uploading our pictures to blogger, so this is just a short post to let everyone who's interested know that we are safe (and sound, physically if not mentally).

We're just about to set off in search of a grocery store. Grocery shopping is, generally, my favorite part of any day. Food becomes a bit of an obsession when you are biking 5-6 hours a day!
